Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, including property owners, investors, and operators in the senior living space
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and industry expertise
Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Assist in underwriting deals, negotiating terms, and facilitating transactions
Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and networking
Transaction Management: Work closely with clients, attorneys, and escrow teams to ensure smooth closings
Qualification
Required
