They are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative for Yearbooks to increase sales through direct marketing and provide customer service from order entry through post-shipment.

Responsibilities
Responsible for increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management for accountability
Provide customer service on orders from order entry through the post-shipment time frame with interaction between the customer, representative, manufacturing, and accounting
Communicate with public and private school teachers, administrators, parent/student organizations, photographers, territory representatives, and private individuals
Communicate with other representatives of the Sales and Customer Service team, Information Systems, Accounting, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Management
Qualification
Required
Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED
Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position
Must have a working knowledge of basic office procedures, including keyboarding
Good communicator with pleasant telephone voice
Preferred
An associate's or college degree is preferred
Bi-lingual in Spanish would be preferred
Knowledge or experience with a CRM software package, or customer database software is preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting functions would be helpful, but not required
Proven sales experience is desired; inside sales experience preferred
