Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for building and driving a sales pipeline for processor IP technology and software solutions, while collaborating with multi-functional teams to achieve sales targets in key accounts across the Silicon Valley.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building, developing, and driving a sales pipeline for our processor IP technology and software solutions in key accounts across the Silicon Valley
Responsibilities include developing and managing a sales pipeline while driving market penetration, adoption, and revenue
You will work closely with multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Business Unit Marketing, Legal, Finance, proteanTecs executives and collaborate with proteanTecs sales team to achieve sales targets in the region
Generate, develop, qualify, and drive new business opportunities in the region, including:
Opportunity management
Manage contract negotiations (business and legal) with customers and proteanTecs functional teams
Articulate key value propositions for the adoption of the unique proteanTecs solution with key semiconductor companies, across the organization (executive management, marketing, architects, hardware, and software engineers)
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for proliferation of the technology in the region
Provide market and account feedback to the RnD and Marketing BU to drive product roadmaps and strategies
Track activities and provide reports to management, BU and executive personnel on account strategies activities and progress
Develop and execute against strategic sales plans
Maintain regular contact with multiple internal BU's team to drive enterprise-wide strategic activities
Qualification
Required
4+ years of strategic sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a closely related field
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a multinational or startup environment
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies and industry trends
Experience managing complex, multi-level sale cycles, with an ability to influence executive-level decision-making
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of business dynamics and strategies, including tactics for successfully closing high-stakes deals
Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field
Deep understanding of electronic systems and HW design
Preferred
Working knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques such as Miller Heiman, or Target Account Selling
MBA is a plus
Understanding of DFT chip bringup and manufacturing flows
