Responsibilities
Works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development
Serves a variety of tax-exempt and non-profit clients in multiple industries from healthcare, education, community outreach as well as many others
Attracts and services new clients and expands services to existing clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm with a focus on tax-exempt and non-profit entities, including Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, and 990-T
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
