Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of system delivery, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, training, and adoption
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and configure systems, ensuring adherence to the scope of work
Analyze business processes and requirements to develop corresponding process and data flows
Offer innovative solutions and best practices for complex business challenges
Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts to guarantee seamless operation
Educate clients on system administration and usage to drive successful adoption
Share client feedback with product and professional services teams to inform product and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
Possesses excellent presentation, training, client-management, relationship-building, requirements gathering, and negotiation skills
Demonstrates a strong aptitude for translating business challenges into effective systems and operational solutions
Exhibits proficient time management skills, enabling the handling of multiple assignments and appropriate prioritization
Possesses robust leadership and prioritization capabilities; adept at building consensus and driving decision-making; proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
