Responsibilities

Lead the accounting function to ensure precise financial reporting and regulatory compliance
Inspire and develop a high-performing accounting team through coaching, training, and performance reviews
Audit financial statements to detect and resolve discrepancies, safeguarding data integrity
Partner across departments to optimize workflows and boost operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required
CPA required
5-7 years in accounting role, with 2-4 years managing people

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Public accounting experience preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Python or SQL
Oracle experience preferred (FCCS, ARCS, Fusion)
Experience with AI, automation, and data driven decision-making a plus
ERP implementation experience a plus
Customer focus
Excellent leadership skills
Strong communication skills
