Sphere Entertainment Co. is a premier live entertainment and media company seeking an experienced Senior Unreal Artist to join their Exo Sphere Creative Design Services Production team. This role involves guiding the development of an unreal pipeline and creating visual content for immersive experiences and ads on Exo Sphere.

Responsibilities

Apply design thinking to solving Exo Sphere-specific content challenges
Lead and guide other artists, producing high-level content by using Unreal
Work through the lifecycle of the content, advise on where efficiencies can be gained via Unreal and associated tools
Stay up-to-date with trends in art, design, and Ai technology
Work with supervisors to address notes from clients or creative teams to create content
Assist supervisors with creating schedules and timelines for projects
Mentor junior artists or other motion graphics artists in current and advancing Unreal toolsets
Create templates in Unreal, including efficiencies and plugins
Familiar in Experiential Innovation: AR, XR, VR and integration with 3rd party XR tools
Document tools and techniques for departmental reference
Collaborate with the team to solve complex challenges and contribute to best practices and workflows from development to compositing
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Required

8+ years of experience in the VFX, gaming, animation or related industry, with experience in a supervisory role a bonus
Expert level experience in all aspects of UE
Experienced in Realtime Innovation and production delivery out of Unreal
Strong understanding of VFX pipelines, workflows, best practices, and common software such as C4D, Nuke, Premier
Proven track record of delivering high-quality Unreal content for film, television, commercials, VR, or theme park projects
Experienced knowledge of Unreal, it's plugins and related tools and tools
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative and technical demands
