Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of field representatives performing neighborhood canvassing, inspections, and data collection

Develop daily and weekly schedules to assign field teams to targeted neighborhoods and ensure timely project completion

Provide on-site support and guidance to field staff, resolving issues and escalating concerns to project leadership as needed

Conduct quality checks on field data, photographs, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program standards

Serve as a primary point of contact between field teams and project leadership to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong community relations

Assist with homeowner communications, including explaining the inspection process, answering questions, and documenting feedback

Research and review TAP Cards and other relevant records to support material identification efforts

Ensure proper documentation, including photographs of exterior property markers (house number) and interior service line materials

Support the preparation of reports summarizing inspection results and team progress

Monitor adherence to safety guidelines, permits, and regulatory requirements, modeling best practices for field staff

Coordinate logistics, equipment needs, and field technology (tablets, smartphones, and computers) for assigned teams

Perform inspections and data collection as needed to support team workloads or fill gaps

Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
