Responsibilities
Assess client needs and provide tailored policy options
Guide clients through policy applications with clarity and care
Utilize HIS’s technology-driven systems to manage leads, update client records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and policy options to provide the most up-to-date solutions
Contribute to the HIS mission of transparency and integrity by helping clients make confident insurance decisions
Qualification
Required
Active Florida 2-40 (Health) license required
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Client-focused mindset with proven experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with digital client management tools
Preferred
2-15 (Life & Health) and 2-20 (General Lines) licenses preferred
Spanish or other language proficiency is a plus
