Responsibilities

Manage and represent clients in employment cases including ADA, Discrimination, Handbooks, Employee Agreements, FMLA, NDA, Workers Comp, Employment Torts
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for cases
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when appropriate
Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding their commercial disputes and potential litigation risks
Collaborate with junior associates and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends that may impact clients' cases

Qualification

Required

Barred in FL
5+ years of experience in employment law
Proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes and litigation matters
Strong knowledge of ADA, Discrimination, Handbooks, Employee Agreements, FMLA, NDA, Workers Comp, Employment Torts
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
