Responsibilities

Work with teams to solve customer quality issues
Build and maintain close relationships with; Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Production teams
Analyze data to find prioritize customer problems
Use knowledge of materials, physics, and engineering to understand technical problems
Find a balance between customer satisfaction and financial impact to Keysight
Actively participate in reliability improvement teams

Required

Current student enrolled in Material Science, Statistics, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
Completed Junior-level coursework
Excellent teamwork skills, commitment to task, creativity in problem solving
Ability to work collaboratively to solve difficult technical problems
Initiative to organize teams to solve quality problems
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly
Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in a accredited college/university as of September 2026
Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to a MS or PHD program after graduating
Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred

Familiarity with Quality Engineering tools: Six Sigma, Lean, Basic Quality and Process Improvement Tools
Experience working on problem solving teams
Familiarity with AI Tools
Proficient in analyzing data and presenting results
