This position will provide technical support and systems engineering for the analysis, design, integration, installation, testing and lifecycle support of existing systems.

Responsibilities

Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems

Perform system backups and recovery

Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity

Recommend and help define policies and protocols that lead to efficient operations and improve the integrity of the systems

Develop and maintain technical documents, including internal policies, procedures and build instructions

Develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently

Coordinate with other offices to perform patch management, ensure configuration compliance, and provide asset security

Qualification

AWS Solution Architect AssociateAWS Solution Architect ProfessionalCertified Cloud Security ProfessionalSalesforce Marketing CloudAWS cloud hostingInformation Technology Service Management

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related area and 5 or more years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area

AWS Solution Architect Associate certification

AWS Solution Architect Professional certification

Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology Service Management

Experience with AWS cloud hosting
