Postdoctoral Research Scientist in Neuroepigenomics

Responsibilities
Analyzes genomics experiments including single-cell multiome ATAC-seq/ RNA-seq, and cell-type specific ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Hi-C, and Micro-C assays
Leads the dry lab team and is involved in data maintenance, data submission, and communication with the sequencing cores and other bioinformatics teams
Analyzes and interprets data, performs conference presentations, and prepares manuscripts
Attends meetings with lab members and collaborators, and mentors undergraduate and graduate students
Qualification
Required
PhD in biological sciences, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field
Good communication skills
Ability to work well independently and with others
Preferred
Expertise in molecular and computational biology, and neuroscience
Experience in the analysis of transcriptomics and epigenomics data
