Responsibilities

Perform a variety of routines, and skilled maintenance duties in the repair, alteration and modification of buildings, equipment and facilities

Required

High school graduate/Apprenticeship Program or equivalent

Air conditioning/refrigeration experience

High pressure steam boilers experience

HVAC systems experience

Electrical devices, wiring and circuits, signal and lighting systems experience

Basic computer skills

Basic welding, soldering skills

Calif Drivers Class C Required at hire

Knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems as they relate to a hospital environment

Ability to work with others and follow instructions, both written and verbal

Participate in continuing education provided by departmental, vendor and hospital staff

Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record with no violations within the past (3) years

All employees to receive necessary immunizations, including the measles, mumps, varicella, and seasonal flu vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter

Continued recommendation to obtain a COVID + booster vaccination status
