New Grad, Entry LevelUOVO Fashion is the premier storage and services provider for fashion, seeking an engaging and collaborative Collections Associate to join its dynamic and growing team. This role will be responsible for reconciling and cataloging inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
Itemizing new inventory using highly detailed fashion terminology
Tracking garments as they come and go from our facility, using UOVO Fashion’s customized platform
Providing exemplary customer service when out in the field working in client’s homes
Communicate with Account Managers regarding the status of client inventory, cleaning and/or repairs as needed
Photography of garments in our in-house studios as needed
Adhere to all company policies and maintain high ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Fashion background, educational or professional
Must possess a strong fashion vocabulary including knowledge of fiber/fabric, weave structure & basic garment construction
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Poise in a fast-paced business environment
Preferred
Experience working in archives or collections management is a plus
