They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud to bridge business needs with technical solutions and drive digital commerce initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements related to SAP Commerce Cloud and its integration with SAP S/4HANA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end e-commerce solutions including Commerce back-end processes, Commerce front-end components & pages, integration to SAP and non-SAP solutions
Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
Support the configuration and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud modules such as: SmartEdit, Product Content Management (PCM), Adaptive Search, Order Management
Ensure robust integration, particularly with SAP S/4HANA (particularly in areas like order-to-cash and product master data), Payment provider, Tax Engine, DAM, PIM, personalization engine, marketing automation platforms, Web analytics
Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards for SAP CX
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP Commerce Cloud
Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture and modules
Proven experience with integration processes between SAP Commerce Cloud and ERPs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English
Preferred
Experience with SAP Composable storefront
Knowledge on Web development languages such as Angular, JavaScript and HTML5, CSS and JS, Java Spring framework
SEO knowledge, Google Analytics
Experience with SAP S/4HANA modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD) and retail
Familiarity with other SAP Customer Experience solutions: SAP Emarsys, SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), SAP Sales & Service Cloud v2, Retail Industry Solutions
SAP certification(s) in relevant areas
