Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting Specialist - Volunteer Position - Onsite in Malawi - 12 months
Peace Corps is seeking a Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting Specialist to support partners in establishing effective monitoring and evaluation systems. Responsibilities
Establish monitoring and evaluation systems for partner organizations
Develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools, and data collection systems
Co-develop indicators and support data analysis
Ensure lessons learned are fed into program design
Co-design evaluation strategies and introduce innovative data analysis and reporting methods
Conduct routine data review and quality assurance
Guide staff in identifying key indicators and outcomes
Analyze improvement initiatives and collaborate with the Ministry of Health
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a U.S. citizen
2 or more years of work experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Experience with computer software including Microsoft suite, data collection, review and analysis tools
Project management and strategy development skills
Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, including ability to present information and conduct training sessions
Strong written communication skills, including writing and editing training materials and reports
