Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an integrated view of competitiveness of GEV Gas Power new unit and services offerings vs. other OEMs and Independent Service Providers (ISPs)
Collaborate with the product managers and fleet owners to provide a differentiated and compelling value proposition when facing select competitor offerings
Support competitor simulation (red team blue team) events on specific deals or key technology areas to improve our competitive position
Conduct quarterly win/loss review, post-mortems, and win/loss statistical data analysis/segmentation to drive actions to improve competitiveness
Supply chain competitive analysis for new units and services
Decarbonization H2 competitor capability assessment
Customer sustainability strategy assessment update
Playbooks and sell-against content for competitive situations
Competitive strategy scenario simulation event

Qualification

Required

Must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in: engineering with business/finance minor, or marketing / business administration, with an energy/engineering minor, or related degree
Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)
Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

Preferred

Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
Demonstrated market analytics and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Business acumen with the ability to motivate others
Coursework or experience in the Energy industry

Benefits

Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.

GE Vernova Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
