Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for RHEL, Windows Server, and VMware environments

Apply system and security patches; oversee configuration management

Perform vulnerability scans and ensure timely remediation

Prepare documentation and support Risk Management Framework (RMF) / ATO processes

Mentor junior staff and provide escalation support for complex issues

Coordinate with ISSM/ISSO/ISSE to maintain cybersecurity compliance

Support after-hours operations on an as-needed basis (approx. six times per year)
