Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and document component or system-level qualification and verification and validation (V&V) activities in accordance with DoD requirements

Conduct EMI/EMC, and environmental testing per MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-810, and related standards

Support hardware/system integration efforts, working closely with design engineers and program teams

Perform test procedure development, execution, and reporting, ensuring traceability to requirements

Collaborate with internal and external test labs for test planning and execution

Participate in failure analysis, root cause determination, and corrective actions

Design and review cable and harness assemblies for use in military systems, including proper shielding, grounding, and connector selection

Interface with customers, vendors, and test facilities to coordinate testing efforts and resolve issues

Ensure all testing is compliant with applicable safety and quality standards
