Rocket55 is seeking a HubSpot Administrator with deep technical expertise to implement, manage, and optimize HubSpot instances across their client portfolio. The role focuses on technical configuration, system integration, and platform optimization, ensuring seamless operation of HubSpot ecosystems for multiple clients.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain HubSpot portals including custom objects, properties, workflows, and automated processes
Design and implement complex marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns in Marketing Hub
Set up and optimize Sales Hub sequences, pipelines, forecasting tools, and sales automation
Manage data hygiene, deduplication, and migration projects within HubSpot CRM
Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and native connectors
Create custom reports, dashboards, and attribution models for performance tracking
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide general support for platform-related challenges
Document technical configurations and maintain best practices for portal management
Conduct platform audits and optimization reviews to ensure peak performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years hands-on HubSpot administration experience
Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub (Professional/Enterprise), and Sales Hub
Proven experience with HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and Operations Hub features
Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and integration capabilities
Experience with data migration, cleansing, and management within HubSpot
Understanding of marketing automation best practices and CRM data architecture
Experience managing multiple client portals simultaneously
Confidence in a client-facing role including attending status calls, presenting and working sessions
Advanced workflow building and branching logic
Custom report building and attribution modeling
Data import/export and formatting expertise
List segmentation and contact property management
Email deliverability and technical email setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Form building and progressive profiling setup
Preferred
HubSpot certifications: CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub Implementation, Sales Hub Implementation
Experience in HubL (HubSpot Markup Language) for email and page templates
Experience with Operations Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Commerce Hub
Knowledge of API's, JavaScript, or Python for advanced integrations
Understanding of data privacy compliance (sensitive data) in HubSpot
