Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including job pulls and truck loading. Ensure timely and accurate processing of materials
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organization practices, and documentation of all incoming/outgoing goods
Lead, schedule, and supervise yard staff. Maintain a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, resolve issues, and ensure team alignment with EFCO Core Values
Reinforce safe work practices and regulatory compliance. Lead by example in maintaining yard cleanliness and safety standards
Maintain clear communication with sales and distribution leadership. Support reporting of productivity metrics and yard performance
Create basic erection drawings for standard and custom projects under supervision. Follow EFCO procedures, collaborate with engineers, and ensure accuracy
Assist with equipment list setup and adjustments for assigned jobs. Ensure project alignment with district requirements
Participate in training to expand CAD knowledge, EFCO product familiarity, and problem-solving skills. Contribute creatively to design solutions

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
CAD experience is required
3–5 years in yard/distribution operations with 3+ years of forklift experience
Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise yard teams effectively
Proficiency in basic CAD software
Ability to learn internal systems
Mechanical aptitude and math skills
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in physical yard conditions

Preferred

Revit experience is preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
