The role involves assisting in the production of high-quality roofing products and learning various manufacturing tasks under the guidance of a qualified trainer.

Responsibilities
Assist fellow team members in making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers’ needs and expectations
While working with a qualified trainer, learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate all machines, (shredder cell, cut-down, roof-tac welding, mixing, roll-cutting, heat treat, etc.) and all procedures
Accurately complete all required production paperwork
Keep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guests
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
At least 18 years of age
Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done
Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
Bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds
Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary
Must be available to work any shift
Preferred
Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
