Responsibilities
Perform standard preventative maintenance tasks of various pieces of equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s standards, including filter changes
Complete minor equipment adjustments, including but not limited to belt replacement/adjustment, coil cleaning, evaporator and condensing coil cleaning, ice machine cleaning, maintain and treat condensate pans
Conduct visual and auditory inspections of equipment to assess proper function
Identify, evaluate and make recommendations related to equipment condition in order to prevent and/or minimize equipment failures and down time
Complete preventative maintenance forms on mobile app, taking photos and documenting work as it is performed
Qualification
Required
HVAC experience preferred
Ice machine experience preferred
3 year clean driving record
EPA license preferred
OSHA 10 license preferred
Technologically savvy
Function highly independent with minimal direct supervision
Understand and follow oral and written instructions
Continually enforce highest standards on work performed
Maintain security and accountability on access of equipment and facilities
Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies and established work practices
