Office Manager
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking an Office Manager to support executives, managers, and employees across multiple locations. This role focuses on overseeing office operations, vendor management, and enhancing the employee experience while collaborating closely with HR and leadership.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor contracts (cleaning, maintenance, equipment)
Be the first point of contact for office needs. Partner with HR and IT to onboard new hires (workspace, equipment, badges)
Organize team events, client visits, and internal meetings. Manage conference room scheduling and setup
Track office budgets, vendor invoices, and support finance with reporting
Ensure workplace compliance with safety, security, and HR policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of office administration or operations experience, executive support preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools
Experience managing vendors, facilities, and office budgets
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, PE-backed growth environment
