Oversee patient financial arrangements, billing statements, and payment plans
Manage insurance verification, claims submission, and reimbursement tracking
Review treatment plans and present financial options to patients in a clear, professional manner
Analyze accounts receivable, insurance aging, and patient balances to ensure timely collections
Utilize technology and practice management systems to streamline workflows and improve accuracy
Support compliance with HIPAA and financial policies while protecting sensitive data
Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to optimize revenue cycle management
Contribute to process improvements and financial reporting that support practice growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
Experience in billing, accounting, or healthcare/dental finance strongly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy mindset with ability to learn and optimize digital systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills for patient interactions
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
