Mid LevelOzark Center is seeking a Program Supervisor who is a Qualified Mental Health Professional responsible for delivering clinical services to children and adolescents. The role involves managing a treatment team, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy while ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing direct clinical services to clients and their families as identified by the guardian in the form of individual, group, and family therapy
Ongoing responsibility of working with the cottage supervisor and TCM to create an effective team which provides each aspect of the client’s treatment plan
Provide on-going training, consultation and clinical knowledge concerning the clients in care to the treatment team in order to increase the effectiveness, cohesion, and unification of the cottage-based team
Communicate all environmental and daily living concerns to the Clinical Director or operations supervisor
Create treatment plans with the client and guardian that are focused on the needs of the client to allow them to be in a less restricted environment
Collaborate with the treatment team members to help the client reach the identified objectives on ITP
Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor and/or the Clinical Director
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
Experience delivering clinical services to children and adolescents
Ability to create treatment plans with clients and guardians
Experience in individual, group, and family therapy
Ability to collaborate with treatment team members
Training in trauma-informed care
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under stressful conditions
Ability to work irregular hours
Normal range of hearing and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment
Physical ability to interact with children/adolescents
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
TB test upon hire
