Insurance Customer Service Specialist
Haven Insurance Group is a growing independent insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support their personal lines department by servicing existing clients and assisting with office management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance
Assist clients with billing questions, ID card requests, and claims reporting
Provide proactive client follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support producers and agents with account management
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Prepare outgoing correspondence and packages
Make bank deposits and maintain accurate records
Manage office supplies and ensure common areas remain organized
Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in personal lines insurance (agency or carrier) strongly preferred
Active Property & Casualty license a plus (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems (experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar a plus)
