Inside Sales Representative (CA & OH)
SmartFinancial is a leading insurance marketplace dedicated to empowering insurance agents with innovative technology. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to conduct high-volume outreach, educate clients about their products, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

Responsibilities
Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies
Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
Network and establish strong relationships with new clients
Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively
Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships over the phone
Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Preferred
Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance)
