Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams, mentor staff and project consultants, and help manage tasks/projects

Work with team members to design and review site layouts, erosion and sedimentation control and stormwater controls, utility and grading plans, and develop project details and specifications

Participate in the site development/permitting process

Begin working with clients, contractors, and local/state government officials on all aspects of the project - from proposal support, conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction

Partner with management teams to customize your individual career path through a variety of professional development and mentoring activities, including project proposal/budget development, coordination of project-related and staff activities, and introduction to business development related activities

Qualification

Civil EngineeringAutoCAD Civil 3DEngineer in Training certificationProject managementTeam collaboration

Required

5+ years of engineering experience

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field) required

Engineer in Training/Engineer Intern certification (EIT/EI), and ability to obtain Professional Engineering licensure in the future

Practical experience with technical software and Civil Engineering technology, including AutoCAD Civil 3D

Preferred

Experience supporting private or public sector work preferred
