This role involves on-court coaching, coach development, and program leadership, ensuring quality instruction and support for both coaches and students.

Responsibilities
Coach 1-2 hours of classes daily (Monday-Friday)
Observe other coaches in action, provide feedback, and help improve instruction
Adjust and enhance curriculum to ensure consistent program quality
Run in-person coach trainings (ad hoc, typically 1 hour on Sundays for new or existing staff)
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new coaches
Drive throughout Marin and up to Santa Rosa as needed for classes and trainings
Help with expansion into clinics at golf courses
Qualification
Required
Reliable, I count on you and so do the kids
Good with kids
Good attitude & team player
Proficient golfer
Flexible - might need to sub for sick coaches
Willing to go through online training as part of condition for employment
Background check pass is required
