Enterprise Account Executive
CrewAI is a company focused on driving revenue growth through enterprise sales. As an Account Executive on the US-West team, you will manage the full sales cycle, from generating opportunities to closing deals, while collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate enterprise opportunities in region
Lead full sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, negotiation, closure
Collaborate with FDEs to craft compelling proposals and POCs
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM
Understand customer technical stacks; position CrewAI vs competitors
Handle objections, contracts, pricing discussions with professionalism
Ensure smooth handoff to CS/FDEs and monitor renewals/expansion
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (ideally developer tools, infra, AI/ML)
Proven track record of quota attainment; comfortable with $100k-$1M+ deals
Skilled selling to technical and business stakeholders
Excellent communicator and presenter
Resilient self‑starter thriving in high‑growth startup environments
Strong business judgment and prioritization skills
