DIGITAL STRATEGIST (REMOTE/USA) - GDM (GRAY MEDIA GROUP)
Gray Media is a multimedia company that owns local television stations and digital assets across the United States. They are seeking a Digital Strategist to join their GDM Strategy team, responsible for providing strategic guidance on digital products and translating complex digital concepts into actionable insights that empower client-facing teams.

Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on GDM's digital suite of products, platforms, and attribution tools
Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices to address evolving client needs
Translate technical product features and performance data into clear, business-focused value propositions
Deliver reporting and attribution insights that connect digital activity to ROI and measurable results
Stay current on digital trends and tools to provide client-facing teams with the latest industry information
Support platform access, campaign tracking, and implementation where technical expertise is required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions
Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI Tools) and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively
Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement
Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative
Preferred
Familiarity with OMS and/or CRM tools
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution reporting
Prior experience supporting client-facing teams is a plus
