Clarios is a leading company in energy storage solutions, recognized for its sustainability efforts. They are seeking an IT Project Coordinator Intern who will assist in coordinating IT projects, contribute to process improvements, and analyze project data.

Responsibilities

Assist in the coordination and tracking of one or multiple IT projects within the IT Project Portfolio (projects related to Security, Customer Experience, or US Manufacturing)

Contribute to the development and implementation of IT PMO process improvement initiatives, especially those leveraging AI technology

Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Hands-on project management experience working with IT Leads and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to initiate, plan, and obtain funding for an approved Global IT project

Helping to maintain project schedules, track Phase Gate and Budget progress

Preparing reports and presentations for senior management

Required

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer

Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available

Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods
