Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers serving our legal client base
Personally manage and act as executive sponsor for a portfolio of strategic Am Law firm accounts, driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention
Build and execute account strategies that deliver revenue growth, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
Serve as the voice of the client to internal teams, influencing Product, Content, and Marketing roadmaps and messaging
Analyze client usage, renewal risk, and pipeline metrics; take proactive steps to mitigate risk and maximize client lifetime value
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management, ideally within legal, SaaS, data, or information services sectors
5+ years of experience managing a team, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring Account Managers
Deep knowledge of the Am Law 100/200 market, with established senior-level relationships
Demonstrated success in managing renewals, expansions, and complex enterprise accounts
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and strategic skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
Must be based in New York and able to work in the office three days per week
