Responsibilities

You will manage projects holistically from questionnaire design to final report writing
You use discretion in decision-making to keep projects moving forward, executing each stage of the project process against project deadlines while responsible for project budget
You will collaborate with a team of researchers to lead study progress; you will manage, mentor, and train Research Associates on your project teams, while also consulting with senior researchers and leadership for your guidance as you grow your own experience and skill
With strong support from senior leadership, you'll receive on-the-job training in advanced project management, questionnaire design, report writing, methodology, and advanced analytics; you will also be trained in basic interviewing and expand your management skills
You will work with large data sets, so an eye for detail is key; your proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint will definitely come in handy! (bonus points for skills in SPSS, R, InDesign, Keynote)
In a fast-paced environment, you will utilize strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, and do new things every day!

Required

2+ years of market research experience, and familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative methods
B.A. or M.A. in related field (psychology, anthropology, sociology, preferred)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while delegating to others and taking ownership over final product
Great verbal and written communication skills, comfortable managing client relationships and vendor communications
Strong problem-solving skills and thrive when challenged by new opportunities
Self-motivated to take initiative and maintain high expectations for quality work

Preferred

Skills in SPSS, R, InDesign, Keynote
