Responsibilities

Using technology tools to assist in developing test and service solutions such as CAD, 3D Printing, and various software tools

Working well in team or independent environments, and the ability to take on technical leadership roles as needed

Assist with concepts for potential projects that will significantly improve efficiency or expand calibration, adjustment and repair capabilities

Collaborate with Service Engineer Team Members and Management to ensure that Service Engineering initiatives and project deliverables are met

Assist with planning, development, and execution of the assembly, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of new and existing automation systems, test fixtures and other equipment

Develop and support automated and manual test procedures

Develop, publish and maintain service documentation for the global service community

Possess an understanding and commitment to the quality management system policies and procedures

FBS - Daily Management, Visual Management, Kaizen, PD, KPI, Advanced problem solving

Provide engineering support to service labs and authorized service partners globally
