They are seeking a Youth Treatment Specialist to work in residential homes, implementing treatment plans and mentoring boys aged 12-15, helping them develop life skills and overcome trauma. This role involves collaboration with a clinical care team to provide a loving and supportive environment for the residents.

Responsibilities
Implement individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of boys ages 12-15 in our program
Mentor and join in recreational activities with the residents
Create a warm, loving home for teens who need a refuge
Build relationships utilizing trauma-informed care techniques
Help residents develop healthy life skills and teach them to use their voices for positive outcomes
Qualification
Required
Applicant must be at least 20 years of age
High school diploma required
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to pivot, bend, twist and stoop while bearing weight of individuals served
Ability to lift 50 lbs. non-stationary weight through the approved technique is required
Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose, and objective of the agency
Preferred
Additional education and/or certification in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred
Prior experience supervising at risk youth is preferred
Willing to pick up third shift hours with advanced notice
