Responsibilities

Uploads policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, invoices and memos and all other functions necessary for the issuance of such while maintaining speed and above all accuracy

At supervisor’s discretion, may compute rates, endorsements and cancellations

Team member is to develop a working knowledge of required forms and company guidelines for completion of the appropriate insurance policies

Team member is responsible for the timely and accurate issuance of all binders for new and renewal P&C business, the timely review and execution of all suspense items and support in providing the highest quality of customer service each and every day via telephone and email requests

Issue timely and accurate NOC’s as directed by other companies, TSGPF or the Accounting department. Back up for setting up CL submissions as necessary
