Responsibilities

Design and execute system-level test plans for thermal systems (Chillers, CDU, DX, etc)

Lead setup and operation of test environments, including instrumentation and data acquisition systems

Analyze test data to assess system performance, identify anomalies, and recommend improvements

Support prototype builds and integration of subsystems for validation

Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and ensure readiness for testing activities

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards

Document test procedures, results, and technical observations in detailed reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability

Mentor junior technicians and engineers in test methodologies and lab practices

Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes and test capabilities
