Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other legal documents
Provide advice on real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title reviews and environmental assessments
Assist clients in structuring and executing various real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions
Collaborate with corporate counsel on related entity formation and corporate matters
Advise clients on financing arrangements and lending issues related to real estate
Support clients in navigating complex real estate developments, including build-to-rent and multifamily projects
Stay updated on real estate market trends and legal developments impacting the industry

Required

Juris Doctor (JD)
Active license in the state of TX
