Responsibilities
Lead and grow full-stack engineering teams building high-impact Delivery XP and Fleets solutions
Improve core delivery quality metrics for all Drive deliveries, enhancing both Dasher and customer experiences
Build and scale Fleets products across multiple verticals (Rx, auto, health, catering, etc.) to support Drive’s long-term growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Operations partners to define the roadmap and deliver against ambitious goals
Provide technical leadership through architectural guidance, code reviews, and professional development for a team of 8+
Foster a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence
Grow the team by partnering with Recruiting to hire diverse, inclusive, and top-tier talent
Qualification
Required
Hands-on leadership and strong product intuition
2+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams (backend, web, mobile) of 10+ engineers
8+ years of industry experience
Extensive experience as an engineer in a fast-paced, product-focused development environment
Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
Humility - willing to get into the details and open to feedback
