Responsibilities
Own scheduling for leadership: set meetings, prep agendas, and track follow-ups
Streamline workflows so leadership can stay focused on high-impact priorities
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Draft and edit presentations, briefs, and key communications
Join meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
Keep key projects moving - align teams, chase updates, and manage deadlines
Support planning and coordination of company-wide meetings and initiatives
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting senior or executive-level leaders (startup experience a plus)
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Proven ability to stay ahead of priorities in a fast-moving environment
Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
Comfortable working across time zones and occasional off-hours
Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite
Able to travel occasionally for meetings or company events
