Qualification

Radiologic TechnologistCalifornia Radiologic CertificationFluoroscopy CertificationARRT RegisteredAdvanced Life SupportRadiology TheoriesHemodynamic MonitoringVascular AnatomyBasic Life SupportInterventional Radiology Experience

Required

Graduate from an accredited radiologic technologist program

Valid California Radiologic Technologist certification

Valid California Fluoroscopy certification

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Knowledge of Radiology theories and practices

Ability to use specialized Radiology and other health care equipment

Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring

Knowledge of vascular anatomy and physiology

Knowledge of special procedures equipment, exams, possible complications, and the ability to respond appropriately

Preferred

ARRT registered

Advanced Life Support certification

2 years performing interventional radiology exams in a hospital environment similar to Cottage Hospital
