They are seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of critical solar power plant component solutions, overseeing complex engineering programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of engineering programs focused on innovative wire management solutions

Collaborate with engineering, product management, and suppliers to define technical requirements and specifications

Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company and customer objectives

Facilitate technical reviews, validation testing, and regulatory compliance activities

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technical performance, supply chain, and product certification

Ensure clear and effective cross-functional communication and documentation across the product lifecycle

Drive continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred

7–10 years of experience in engineering program or project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role

Proven track record of managing complex hardware development programs in renewable energy, technology, or related industries

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple high-priority programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency with program and project management tools

Familiarity with industry standards, safety certifications, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred

Experience with contract manufacturers and global supply chains

Exposure to utility-scale solar, renewable energy, wire management solutions and fasteners

Understanding of engineering product development processes for hardware and integrated systems

Knowledge of relevant international standards such as UL, NEC, IEEE, or IEC
