Senior LevelQuanta Nashville is a Fortune Global 500 Company and a leading solution provider in cloud computing. They are seeking a Quality Auditor Lead who will provide leadership for quality matters on their assigned shift, manage resources, and assist in resolving production and quality issues.

Responsibilities
In cooperation with Quality Engineers, managing work assignments for auditors to ensure customer and internal needs are met
Resolving documentation issues relating to Quality functions, including but not limited to work instruction modification/clarification, “IPN” issues, etc
Train all new Quality Auditor personnel on their shift, and assist other departments with quality related training as required
Assist in resolving production and quality issues as they arise
Leading teams to resolve quality issues, including sorting, retesting, rework, etc
Assisting in training operations in key areas that require special operator certifications
Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards
Improve plant audit performance and work environment
Fulfilling all duties of a Quality Auditor when not performing “Lead” functions
Assist in resolving conflicts between the quality audit function and other functions on their assigned shift
Other various duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Practiced documentation skills
Relevant experience within an ISO 9000 certified organization (engineering environment) is desirable
Basic PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities
Ability to effectively lead the team of Quality Auditors and provide secondary leadership in quality matters to their assigned shift
Ability to resolve conflicts between quality requirements and operational realities in an effective manner
Committed to meeting quality standards
Has effective organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized
Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
