Arconic is currently in search of a Casting Engineer Technical Specialist to join their Casting Technology Team based in North America. This role will serve as the corporate expert in all molten metal processes, responsible for developing best practices and addressing complex problems within casthouse operations while also training operators and technologists.

Responsibilities

Serve as the corporate expert in all molten metal processes—including casting, melting, and recycling—across the global network of conventional and aluminum-lithium casthouses
Develop and implement best practices in these areas by benchmarking both internal and external casting operations and staying current with emerging technologies in the market
Address complex problems that cannot be resolved by local resources or that have a system-wide impact on casthouse operations
Train and develop both operators and technologists, with the goal of building a lasting legacy of expertise within the casting discipline

Required

Bachelor's Degree
