Responsibilities
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding balances
Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary
Receive, record, and apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, etc.)
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate aging reports and update AR ledgers regularly
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status
Resolve disputes and escalate issues when needed
Qualification
Required
