Represent clients through a variety of real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, development and re-development projects, leases, easements, financing, and related real estate instruments
Advise clients on zoning, land use, and other regulatory matters including condemnation matters, public contracts, and regulatory frameworks
Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews
Landlord-tenant matters
This role will also work closely and collaborate with attorneys across practice areas including land use, municipal law, governmental, public finance, school, and construction
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience handling a variety of real estate and related transactions involving both private and public sector clients
Represent clients through a variety of real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, development and re-development projects, leases, easements, financing, and related real estate instruments
Advise clients on zoning, land use, and other regulatory matters including condemnation matters, public contracts, and regulatory frameworks
Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews
Landlord-tenant matters
Work closely and collaborate with attorneys across practice areas including land use, municipal law, governmental, public finance, school, and construction
NJ license required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Preferred
PA and/or NY license a plus
