Responsibilities
Motivate, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals
Take ownership of the sales department’s performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales professionals who share your passion for motorsports
Ensure every customer receives world-class service and leaves with the perfect powersport vehicle for their needs
Train and develop your team to close deals effectively, ensuring no customer slips through the cracks
Leverage key metrics to guide sales strategies, maximize profitability, and improve team performance
Assist customers in the F&I process, ensuring they get the best financing options
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of high-level leadership or management experience in a sales environment
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Strong knowledge of margins and profitability
Ability to train and mentor a sales team to reach their full potential
Preferred
Sales management experience and natural leadership ability
Skilled in negotiation and turning prospects into customers
Strong understanding of profitability, margins, and business acumen
Committed to excellence, coachable, and has an enthusiastic attitude that resonates with the team
Punctual, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively with both customers and team members
Passionate about motorsports—whether that's motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft
